A locked bicycle storage room is located in the garage sub-basement.
Any resident may request a bicycle storage space. Simply apply to the Security Manager and space will be assigned, if available. If no spaces are available, you will be placed on a waiting list. If available, you will be assigned to a bike space in the building where you live. If there is none available in your building, you may be assigned to a space in another building.
Please place a tag on your bicycle indicating your name, tower, apartment number, and telephone number.
The storage areas may only be accessed through the garage. You may not bring your bicycle through the lobby, or into the elevators.
You may use the room at any time, day or night. You may store your bike for a short or long-term basis. If you use your bike on a regular basis, you may go in and out at any time.
There will be an annual fee of $36.00, or $3.00 per month, for use of the storage area. Access is gained thru your key fob or access card.
