The Society Hill Towers Community Room is in the Plaza of Shops at 261 St. James Place. It is available for residents' parties, meetings and other social events on a fee basis.
The room rental is $150 per day for a room requiring no setup, and $300.00 per day for special setups such as parties, etc. A refundable security deposit of $50 is required to secure the reservation. Deposits will be returned if the room is left in a clean condition.
