Another way Management and Council have been successful is the high priority given to communication. Owners and residents have a right to know what decisions are being made and why. We have always encouraged owners to be fully informed and, where appropriate, to participate in the decision making process. Owners express their opinions and recommendations freely and frequently. They know that, at Council meetings, Management makes certain that every letter and every comment is considered seriously. In just the past year, Management and Council have worked diligently to transform into reality resident-initiated recommendations for a fitness center and a guest suite.
Management has developed a variety of media for communicating with residents and owners. To bring up-to-the-minute information to residents, Management offers a closed circuit TV channel, bulletin board announcements, and door-to-door delivery of important messages.
