Serving on Council since 1996, Robert has been President for four of the past six years, including the current term. As the youngest member of Council, he brings an important perspective. An integral part of the Council, he has helped add to and improve many aspects of the Towers' lifestyle. His active Involvement in the development issues surrounding Penn's Landing and continual communication with Councilman DiCicco insures that the Towers has a voice in issues affecting residents.

Marsha B. Bacal

A Towers resident since 1980, Marsha was a founder and has served as Chair of Society Hill Towers Community Political Action Committee since 2001. She has maintained working relationships with members of City Council, has testified before council and various public forums on behalf of Towers; interest, such as Penn Landing development, taxes, neighborhood issues and spearheaded the passage of the Trash Bill, for recovery of trash removal costs. She is experienced in finance, marketing and public relations and is committed to preserving the quality of life at the Towers, which she considers "a civilize haven in a vibrant city."

Paul Giordano

A member of Council since 1980, Paul served as president from 1995-1997. He views as his major accomplishments the development of a climate of comfort, amiability and accommodation and feels that Council has demonstrated that, with intelligent management, it is possible to have wonderful amenities and still maintain affordability


Jerrold "Jim" Moss, Vice President

A resident for 19 years, Jim's principal focus has been on the amenities which make life more pleasurable and increase the value of the investment. He introduced the proposals for the Fitness Center and the Guest Apartment and worked with other members of Council to assure a well functioning supermarket, restaurant, and swimming pool.


Maggie Schultz (Cohen), Ph.D.

Employment: GlaxoSmithKline, Manager, Clinical Operations, US Biologicals, Clinical Research & Development.
A resident for 30 years, Ms. Schultz is committed to preserving and enhancing both the quality of life for residents and the property value for owners. She wants to continue to place emphasis on continued excellence in management, particularly in containing costs and maximizing property values.


Jeremy J. Siegel, Treasurer

Employment: The Russell E. Palmer Professor of Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Senior Advisor for Investor Strategies at John Nuveen Co.
A resident since 1976, Jeremy has served on every Towers' Council since the conversion in 1980 and has been elected by Council to many positions, including serving six years as president. He spearheaded the drive for "openness" with unit owners by originating the President's Letter in 1984. Always responsive to residents, he has supported major initiatives for enhanced security, sound fiscal management, energy savings, and the safety and integrity of the Association's reserve funds.
