Council purchased one unit as a guest apartment available for rent by residents who are entertaining out-of-town guests. The luxurious furnishings and low cost make this amenity popular with residents.
Residents of Society Hill Towers may reserve for their overnight guests a beautifully furnished studio apartment only $85 per night during the week and $95.00 on weekends in the winter months. From Memorial Day thru Labor Day the price per night is $95.00 every day. All weekend booking include a 2 night minimum stay. The unit sleeps four persons and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Residents make reservations through the Management Office. It is necessary for the host resident to sign a rental agreement.
