The physical beauty of our grounds is an appropriate setting for our harmonious relationships. It is not an accident that we live amid lovely gardens. About ten years ago, Management and Council considered a proposal to do a major landscape makeover with a $1 million price tag. Instead, the Management team has made incremental but significant improvement each year so that today we enjoy a major portion of the proposed improvement without the full impact of that expense--an example of management's focus on policies that place order, decorum, beauty--and caring--as essential goals for Society Hill Towers.
In 1997, Society Hill Towers won first prize in Cerise local chapter landscaping contest in the large scales category. Through our in-house TV channel, residents were able to view the award-winning video.
