Society Hill Towers provides full maintenance service of all common elements. Utilities are included in the monthly fee. In addition, our maintenance staff makes plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs to non-common areas at our cost, far less than outside contractors would charge. Maintenance requests are usually answered within a few hours. Maintenance staff members are on duty from 7:00 AM until 11:30 PM. We also manage a 350 space full service garage where we wash cars, give battery charges and assist residents as needed.
Many important services and amenities at Society Hill Towers are included in the maintenance fee. There is no separate charge for utilities, care of the spacious grounds, or for the services of the housekeeping staff in the common areas. Maintenance and repair services to common elements are also provided without separate charge. Many services for which residents are responsible are available at a reasonable cost. The Owners' Association maintains and repairs, without charge to Unit Owners, the building systems and common elements within apartments or connected to Unit Owners' property. The Association operates a preventive maintenance program, providing periodic service to such common elements as the heating and air conditioning units.
Although recycling is not mandated in Philadelphia, we encourage residents to recycle and provide a large container for that purpose in the garage.
Society Hill Towers responds gladly to the need for cleanliness throughout our entire neighborhood. We take an active role in the annual cleanup day sponsored by the Society Hill Civic Association, by lending our equipment and staff to that effort. On a regular basis, our housekeeping personnel clean and sweep the entire area around our property including sections not owned by us.
