Amtrak stops at 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. The station is three 1/2 miles from the Towers. Cabs stop directly in front of the Station; a cab ride will cost about $10.00 and takes 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
High speed public transportation is also available. The Market-Frankford El stops a few steps from the station; fare is $2.00. Take the El going East toward Frankford and get off at 2nd Street (about a 10-minute ride). Walk three blocks south and the Towers will be directly in front of you.
Buses stop on the South side of Market Street directly in front of the station. Take any bus that goes to Pennšs Landing. The fare is $2.00 (exact change is necessary). Get off at 2nd Street (about a 20-minute ride). Walk three blocks south and the Towers will be directly in front of you.
SEPTA's extensive train network also stops at 30th Street (see above). A closer stop is at Market East (10th & 11th Streets at Filbert Street). If you get off at Market East (The Gallery Shopping Center). then you are about one mile from the Towers. You can walk east to 2nd Street (eight blocks) and then south to the Towers (three blocks). Or, a cab from Market East will take 10 minutes and cost about $5.00. Buses on Market Street (one block South of Market East) will take you to 2nd Street ($2.00 fare), and then walk three blocks south
