Society Hill Towers is a vital community, changing as new residents move in and as apartment units are combined and improved. The rules and regulations have evolved over the years as the most effective way to balance change with the peace and quiet that residents desire. These rules and regulations are printed in an Owners and Residents Manual that is reviewed and updated as needed. A copy of the manual is available free of charge from the Management office.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED FOR ALL NEW OWNERS AND RENTERS. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE THIS RULE. THIS INCLUDES IN THE UNITS AS WELL AS THE COMMON AREAS.
