General Manager

As the General Manager from 2020, and a staff member since 2003, Brett ensures the day-to-day operations of the complex are always running smoothly. A complex this large demands excellent staff management and 1st rate relationships with our owners and tenants.  Communication is the key to a successful operation and Brett prides himself on providing comprehensive information about our budget, procedures and large projects that impact on the Towers quality of life. Brett has an open-door policy to meet with owners or residents who wish to discuss their concerns.

Donna D’Alicandro

Executive Assistant to the
General Manager

Donna has been employed at the Towers for 8 years. Her duties include managing the office staff, providing Management staff to all our departments, managing the pool staff, managing the fitness center and pool memberships, and being involved in the day-to-day operations of the Association. Mary Donohue

Bookkeeper

Mary has been the Association Bookkeeper since May of 2013. She is responsible for maintaining and managing our payroll department, 401K, as well as our accounts receivable and payable departments. Carly Trautz

Resident Services Coordinator

As the Residents Services Coordinator, Carly will be handling all transactions involving purchasing or leasing at the Towers, scheduling moves and deliveries and assisting residents with placing maintenance requests. Doesn’t sound like much, but in addition to backing up the remainder of the office staff there are a host of other responsibilities.

Joseph Trout

Operations Manager

Joe is one of the newest members of the Towers staff. He oversees the Engineering, Maintenance and Housekeeping departments, directing their daily operations. Ensuring that we all have heat, air-conditioning, water, and all the amenities of a modern building is no small task. Joe has been instrumental in melding the building departments together to provide better service to our residents. Joe has been at the Towers since December of 2019. Jose Rivera

Security Director

Jose brings over 25 years of experience in security to the Towers, most recently working at the Franklin Institute. Born and raised in Philadelphia. With a rich family life and diverse interests, Jose embodies the balance between professional dedication and personal fulfillment.

Sharon Gordy

Front Desk Supervisor

Sharon began work at Society Hill Towers in 2011.  She quickly became one of our most reliable and proficient staff members.  Her attitude and knack for detail ensured her ascension to her position as Front Desk Supervisor when the job became available.  She brings experience, a pleasant attitude and great knowledge to her staff. Elijah Weinberg

Housekeeping Supervisor

Elijah first came to the Towers as a Housekeeper in 2001 and was promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor a few years later. Elijah manages a team of housekeeping staff that maintain both the interior and exterior common areas of our property. Elijah also is at the forefront of all the resident and staff parties held at the Towers. He can be found decorating, cooking, serving drinks and helping in many unseen ways. Lou Crescenzo

Garage Manager

Unless you park in the garage, your only contact with Lou may be when you move in. Lou directs the operations of our garage and garage staff. His work is central to ensure successful moves, in addition, Lou and his staff manage the movement of who all must enter through the garage. Approximately 350 vehicles in our garage.
